One of our clients, with particularly complicated multi regional financial affairs, received a lengthy communication, in French, from one of her occupational pension providers domiciled in France. In advance of our annual review meeting with the client, we needed to understand the content of the letter and be able to request additional information from the scheme provider, if required, in a timely manner. We approached Claire at French Matters who was able to provide us with not just a detailed translation of the letter, but one which was expertly interpreted ‘cross language’. Having received her work within 24 hours of engagement, we pursued Claire’s services further to draft a letter in French, interpreted and translated from our own. She communicated carefully with us to ensure she understood exactly what information we were asking for / about, enabling her to be both accurate, precise and relevant with the task she was undertaking. In summary, Claire is extremely friendly, caring and helpful; Her services are of a high quality and expedited thoughtfully and in a timely manner. We now use her services regularly, never disappointingly, and have also referred her on to other colleagues and organisations and so far, the feedback has been very positive!
